If required, blood draws are conducted by independent clinics or mobile phlebotomists. Except for Quest tests, draw fees are not included.

The Dried Urine LCMS Diurnal Hormones I profile, formerly the Urinary Diurnal Hormones (UDH) II profile, measures the diurnal patterns of melatonin, cortisol, and cortisone to assess the sleep/wake cycle.
