Blood draws are typically conducted by independent clinics or mobile phlebotomists with separate fees. Quest Diagnostics is the exception: they conduct draws for Quest tests at no charge but do not draw for other labs.
About The Test
The Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Immunity, Quantitative test is a special check-up to see if a person has protection against Hepatitis B. Doctors use this test to find out if someone has enough defense in their blood against this virus. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says that if you have 10 or more units (called mIU/mL) of this defense, then you are protected.
