If required, blood draws are conducted by independent clinics or mobile phlebotomists. Except for Quest tests, draw fees are not included.

Includes 3 major markers used in diagnosing diabetes: Hemoglobin (Hb) A1c, Fasting Insulin, CMP. Please fast for 8 hours (water only).
