- We make tests available to individuals without having to visit with a doctor. We encourage you to discuss your results with your own provider.
- We are not a doctor’s office and cannot provide medical advice, interpret results, process insurance, or provide diagnosis/billing codes. Our role is simply to make these tests available directly to you.
- We cannot order testing in NY, NJ or RI.
- Once an order is placed with our lab, we are not able to process refunds. You can read our refund policy here.
- Some tests are processed using our partner Fullscript.
- Shipping usually takes 1-7 business days via FedEx.
- Most phlebotomy labs can ship the patient’s sample, but it’s a good idea for the patient to call the location/ phlebotomy lab directly to confirm.
- For any draw fees, the patient should also reach out to the phlebotomy lab directly.
- Fullscript Health doesn’t manage or operate any phlebotomy locations—our phlebotomy database is here purely as a helpful resource.
